What is the DIGITBDL app?

DIGITBDL is a mobile application intended exclusively for bank customers, available for download on both stores (GooglePlay) and (AppleStore). It allows you to order and execute banking transactions linked to your account from your smartphonee.

Any natural or legal person holding a BDL account.

In particular, autonomous customers who have a Smartphone and who are regularly connected to the Internet.

Subscription frequency
The duration of the subscription to the DIGITBDL service is unlimited.
Accounts affected
Checking account for individuals;
All Current Accounts;
Savings accounts with and without remuneration.
Transfer limits via DIGITBDL
Internal transfer: Unlimited;
External transfer: Less than 1,000,000.00 DA.

To secure your customer experience, your password must consist of 08 to 10 different types of characters: uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and punctuation marks or special characters (€, #…)

It is intended exclusively for BDL customers.
The app allows you to:
1. No longer go to an agency to find out your balance or make a simple transfer;
2. Ability to access your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week;
3. Possibility of having a complete vision of your situation in a few clicks;
4. In case of emergency, possibility of making a transfer on the spot, even from abroad;
When you join the DigitBdl application, you have the option of requesting:
1. A CIB BDL interbank card;
2. A savings account with or without remuneration;
3. El Amane insurance.
The DigitBdl application concerns all bank accounts allocated to individuals, professionals and businesses.
To benefit from the DigitBdl application that the BDL makes available to you, the domiciled customer goes to his commercial branch to join the DigitBank application by completing a membership form. An identifier and a code will be issued to the customer after registration at the agency level. The customer will have to change the password after his first connection to the account according to the following formula: ABcdefg@1.
No, there are no membership fees for the service, however, the rates applied to benefit from the service are very affordable, as follows:
1. Pricing for individual customers: 150 DA/month excl. VAT
2. Pricing for professional customers: 750 DA/month excl. VAT
3. Pricing for Business customers: 2000DA / month excluding VAT
Access to the application and validation of sensitive operations are protected by a personal password that the customer enters three 03 times. (At the time of access, at the initiation of the transfer, and at its validation)
If this is your first connection to the service, you must change the password assigned to you, according to the following formula: ABcdefg@1.
Enter the username given to you by your agency, as well as your password on the keyboard, then confirm. However, we invite you to consult the user guide made available to you in the public space.

To be able to use the DIGITBDL application, certain conditions must be met:
1. Have a subscription to the bank's DIGITBANK service;
2. Have a Smartphone-type telephone equipped with the IOS (IPhone) or Android system;
3. Have an internet connection on your smartphone;
4. Download and install the application on your mobile.

Yes, you can make transfers through the DigitBank app.
The amount must be determined according to the following conditions:
1. Internal Transfer: maximum amount: Unlimited;
2. External transfer: maximum amount: Less than 1,000,000.00DZD.
Yes, the transfer via the application can be ordered to several beneficiaries.
Yes, the transfer can be ordered for the benefit of a CCP account like any other external type transfer to a beneficiary domiciled in another bank.
Thanks to the application, you can follow your transfer operations.
Yes, and downloadable. You can even exchange with your bank by attaching files via the messaging menu.
The “Edocument file received” service allows you to view the status of each transfer or direct debit order made;
This file is sent to you by the bank after having carried out the bank processing of your sent transfer/direct debit files (your remittances). It allows you to view the status of transfer orders;
Click on “Download” then on the link corresponding to the file you wish to download. A save window will automatically open for you to save your return files.
DigitBank is available in Arabic, English, French.
Once connected to your application, go to the menu, your RIB (bank account details) is displayed below your name.
