The Local Development Bank-BDL is pleased to announce the opening, on Sunday February 26, 2023, of its new commercial agency in Sidi Aissa, located Cité 05 Juillet 1962, commune of Sidi Aissa, Wilaya de M’sila.

This new agency will market all BDL products and services, particularly those relating to Islamic finance and digital banking products.

This opening is also part of the implementation of the strategy of opening local commercial agencies and developing the commercial network of the BDL.

On the sidelines of this operation, a delegation composed of BDL executives and chaired by the Director General of the BDL, Mr. Youcef LALMAS, will pay a working visit to the companies and projects financed by the BDL in the wilayas of Bouira and M’sila, as well as all the BDL agencies located in these Wilayas.
