The BDL Mastercard is a card that allows you to make TPE payments abroad, online payments and withdrawals in foreign currency 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in complete security.
The BDL Mastercard is intended for any natural person domiciled at a BDL branch, aged over 19.
All you have to do is go to your BDL branch and fill in a subscription form.
Mastercard BDL is accepted everywhere in the world (points of sale and shops equipped with TPE's, DAB's/GAB's). Currently, you can use your card in more than 22 million places around the world. It also allows you to make purchases on the Internet.
Thanks to 3D Secure, make your payments on the internet in complete security. When paying on the internet, in addition to the card number, its expiry date and the cryptogram written on the back of it, the customer must also enter a code received by SMS. This code reinforces payment security, by authenticating that it is the cardholder who makes the payment online.
All you have to do is going to your BDL branch and fill in the subscription form.

The costs related to the use of Mastercard cards are as follows:
Withdrawal: 2.5% of the amount of the transaction converted into Dinar + 2 euro per transaction;
Payment on TPE or on the Internet: 2.5% of the amount of the transaction converted into Dinar;
Reimbursement: 2.5% of the amount of the transaction converted into Dinar;
Withdrawal: 2.5% of the amount of the transaction converted into Dinar + 2 euro per transaction;
Payment on TPE or on the Internet: 2.5% of the amount of the transaction converted into Dinar;

The BDL Mastercard is issued within a maximum of 15 days.
You will need to open two (2) accounts at your agency, a cheque account in Dinar and a currency account in €uro.
No, the Mastercard card is linked to a currency account in euros only.
