What is it ?
It is a financing intended for tourist promoters and project leaders in the field of tourism. This funding may concern new projects as well as the upgrading and rehabilitation of tourist infrastructure.
Eligibility
Any legal person with an authorization authorizing the realization of a tourist project.
Credit amount
Benefit from financing of up to 70% of the overall cost of your project.
Credit period
The repayment period is 10 years, it is accompanied by a deferred period of up to 03 years.

The financing of tourism projects is intended to finance any tourism project, new or rehabilitation.
The tourism credit is a long-term credit, the repayment period of which is spread over 10 years. The repayment period is accompanied by a deferred period of up to 03 years.
The amount of the credit is determined according to the repayment capacity of the project and the cash flow generated.
The guarantees relating to investment loans, which you can present to the bank, are:
• Mortgage of real estate, pledge of cash certificates or term deposits.
• The material pledge “if the object of the financing is a material”;
• The vehicle pledge “if the object of financing is rolling stock”;
• The joint surety of the partners;
• The surety of a solvent third party;
• Membership of the institutional guarantee fund (CGCI – FGAR)
• The insurance.

The tourism credit is subject to conditions, the most important of which are:
• Payment of the self-financing share,
• Realization of guarantees;
• Direct payment to the supplier;
• Compliance with the investment headings indicated in the technical and economic study presented by the promoter.
• The Bank may require any other conditions likely to guarantee the implementation of the project and its entry into operation (the quality of the stakeholders in the implementation of the projects and in the supply of equipment).

A request for Tourism credit: it must include the amount and duration of the credit requested the self-financing part of the project and the guarantees offered by the company. This request must be signed by a person duly authorized by the company.
The administrative and legal documents, below:
• The company's written credit request, duly signed and stamped by the person authorized to contact credits in the company;
• Minutes of the general meeting of shareholders by which the manager or the general manager of the company is authorized to contract loans if this provision is not provided for in the company's articles of association;
• Evaluation (expertise) of the property offered as a mortgage to cover the credit requested;
• Certified copy of the trade register;
• Certified copy of the articles of association for legal persons;
• Certified copy of the official bulletin of legal announcements (BOAL).
• Certificate of deposit of corporate accounts;
• Certified true copy of the deed or rental lease of the premises for professional use (deed of ownership, deed of sale, land booklet or other).
• The fiscal and parafiscal documents, below:
• Recent tax documents less than three (03) months old (tax extract);
• Recent parafiscal documents less than three (03) months old (CNAS/ CASNOS/ CACOBATH);
• Certified copy of tax registration card.
• A detailed technical and economic study;
• Information on the manager (customer's CV);
• Qualifications and professional experience of the promoter in the field invested;
• Recent pro forma invoices (less than six months);
• Estimated and quantitative estimate of the work carried out and remaining to be carried out;
• Estimated and quantitative estimate of the work carried out and remaining to be carried out;
• Approval and/or any other document authorizing the client to carry out the planned activity;
• ANDI Decision, (for companies benefiting from the advantages granted by ANDI).
