What is WIMPAY BDL?

WIMPAY BDL is a mobile payment service affiliated with the DZ Mobpay network, enabling fast, simple, and secure transactions via a smartphone. It allows users to transfer money and pay for purchases by scanning a generated QR code.

Two Dedicated Applications:
WIMPAY BDL (Payer): Designed for individuals to make payments and money transfers ;
WIMPAY BDL Cashier (Merchant): Created for professionals and businesses to register sales and receive payments.

Money transfers between users ;
Fast and secure payments via QR Code from individuals to merchants ;
Balance tracking and transaction history.
Three Types of QR Codes Available:
Dynamic: Generated for each transaction with a specified amount ;
Static without amount: Fixed, allowing the customer to enter the amount to be paid ;
Static with amount: Fixed with a predefined amount set by the merchant.
Eligibility Requirements:

For Individuals (Payer):

Must be a BDL client ;
Must have a checking account ;
Provide a valid email address and phone number ;
Sign the contract at their home branch.

For Professionals and Businesses (Merchant):

Must be a BDL client ;
The business must be legally registered in Algeria ;
Must have a current account ;
Provide a valid email address and phone number ;
Sign the contract at the home branch.
Pricing:

Monthly Subscription:

Individual (Payer): 100 DA ;
Professional (Merchant): 250 DA ;
Enterprise (Merchant): 500 DA.

Transaction Fees:

For merchants: 5 DA (excluding tax) per transaction ;
For payers: Free ;
For money transfers: 5 DA per transaction, charged to the sender.

Payment Limits:

Payments via WIMPAY BDL are possible from 20 DA, with a maximum limit of 1,000,000 DA per transaction.

No, the application is designed for transactions only in Algeria in Algerian Dinars (DZD).
Yes, thanks to banking interoperability in Algeria, you can pay at merchants equipped with the WIMPAY BDL service, even if they are affiliated with other banks or Algérie Poste and display the DZ Mobpay sticker. You can also transfer money to customers of other banks and Algérie Poste.
Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. You will receive an email or SMS to reset it.

Transactions are secured through:

• Two-factor authentication, linking the device to the user's phone number ;
• PIN code or biometric authentication for transaction validation.
Each transaction is analyzed in real time by our system to detect any suspicious activity. If necessary, additional verification may be required.
• Transfers: Up to 3 transactions per day, with a maximum of 50,000 DA per transaction ;
• Payments: Maximum limit of 1,000,000 DA per transaction.
